How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Our ready-to-ship gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. For any additional customization requested towards our ready-to-ship items, processing time will vary between 7-10 business days, not including shipping transit time.

What are your delivery methods?

Our primary shipping method is USPS. Occasionally, we also use UPS or FedEx.


International orders are shipped using DHL. Please reach out for more details.

Can I customize my gift?

Absolutely! We are all about adding your personal touch to your gift. To learn more about this process, please contact us.

How far in advance do I need to place larger custom orders?

Due to the intricacy of our curation process, which ranges from sourcing to design work, we prefer to have at least four to six weeks notice depending on the quantity and complexity of the project.

Do you have minimum orders?

Yes, our custom order service has minimum orders. These minimums vary based on the type of gift request in question. For example, bridal party gifts verses corporate or wedding welcome gifts.

Are you able to create logos, event programs or itineraries for custom orders?

Yes, we sure can! We have an in-house graphic designer and vendors we partner with to achieve this.

Are any packaging slips or payment receipts included when gifts are shipped?

No, we do not include any slips. Payment slips or invoices are only sent to the purchaser electronically, so please make sure to check your email.

What if my gift is damaged upon arrival?

Any items damaged during shipping caused by error in our packaging will either be replaced with identical items in stock or you will be fully refunded. This applies only if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt accompanied by visual proof.

What is your return policy?

All orders are non-refundable and final sale. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of gift arrival, and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes we do in order to be in compliance with the state of Texas.
